Terms of Service
This is the agreement between you and HALUMA, written the way we would say it across the kitchen table. It is short because we mean it.
Who we are
HALUMA (haluma.life) is a small team building a quiet place where families honor and remember the people they love. A person always reads the mail at transoneco@gmail.com.
What this place is
You can create a space for someone you love, keep memories there, and open the door to the family you choose. It is a home, not a feed: no ads, no likes, no algorithms — our promise page says this in full, and it binds us.
Entering, and your age
You step inside with your email — no passwords, ever. You must be 13 or older to enter. Keep your inbox safe; it is the key to your family's door.
Your memories stay yours
Everything you bring here remains yours. You give us only the narrow permission we need to keep it safe and show it to the people you chose — nothing more, and it ends when you take your memories home. Export is always open: every tier, any time, in an open format.
What we ask of you
Bring only what is yours to bring, and treat every space as someone's home — because it is. We may remove content that is unlawful or harms a living person; we will never touch your memories for any other reason, and never by an algorithm's judgment alone.
Paid plans and the free floor
Some parts of HALUMA may one day cost money. If a paid plan ends, the home simply rests at the free tier. Nothing is deleted because a payment stopped — a memory is never held for ransom.
Leaving, and being forgotten
You may leave whenever you wish: take everything with you, then ask us to erase you. Erasure works by tombstone — your personal details go, while the family's shared structure stays whole for the people still remembering.
What we can honestly promise
We work to keep HALUMA safe and available, and we speak plainly when something goes wrong. The service is offered as it is; our responsibility to you stays within what the law requires, and nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you.
When these words change
If these terms ever change, we will say so on this page in plain language before the change takes effect — never in fine print.
